Please read the following instructions before completing the application form:
Before the Registration Procedure can take place, the following requirements need to be fulfilled:
The Application Form, attached with the following must be completed and returned to the School at the earliest time possible
1. Assessment Fee of BD 20/- - Please note that this is non-refundable and non-transferable
2. Four (4) passport sized photographs
3. A copy of student’s CPR and the Smart Card report
4. A copy of the student’s Passport
5. A copy of the student’s Resident Permit (for non-Bahrainis only)
6. A copy of the student’s Birth Certificate. Original Birth Certificate must be seen (MOE rule for new age requirement).
7. A copy of the student’s immunizations and medical record.
8. Previous School Reports for current & past three (3) years (including GPA and Cumulative Percentage for High School)
9. Any certificates of good conduct or achievement from the previous school.
10. A copy of the parents' CPR and Smart Card report.
11. A copy of the Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
